"I just purchased my second Indian from Thunder Alley. I was lucky enough to get the 2023 Challanger Elite. This is hands down the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The entire staff here is amazing. I would especially like to say thank you to Jack in sales and Ben the GM for working so closely with me through this purchase. As long as I live in Washington this will be the only dealership I purchase a motorcycle from. Thank you again to the entire family at Thunder Alley Motorsports"

"Hi, I looked for an Indian for a long time . I live in Idaho. I was willing to go clear across the U.S. for the right bike. I have a 01 Harley for trade.
Dealers in Vegas, S. Carolina, Texas, and others wouldn't accept my Harley. Then I found Thunder Alley. Specifically (Jack ) a salesman, Didn't just accept my ride but got me an excellent price on the Indian I've always wanted. we made a good deal, I put a $ 500 deposit. and before I could pick it up, I came down with something that prevented me from riding. Jack being the AWSOME person that he is. Let me out of the contract and gave me back my deposit. I couldn't believe the treatment I received. There's a special place for you Jack !!!!!!! Thank You B.K."

"I purchased my first, brand new, out of the box Motorcycle (FTR Rally) from thunder ally. Manager, Sales, Parts and finance where all 100% helpful and willing to help and friendly.The motorcycle showroom and bikes were clean and very nicely maintained. I worked with Jack while purchasing the FTR, Jack was knowledgeable and helpful while looking for the correct motorcycle style and fit (hey Ben, Probably give this guy a raise), even though I kinda knew what I was looking for. Sales were quick with finding and ordering a helmet and gloves. If I ever buy another motorcycle I will absolutely go through Thunder Ally in Pasco WA again."

"Ben and his crew are Outstanding! We had been to this dealership a couple of years ago and had not had positive experiences. However, things have really turned around. The entire staff is friendly and customer service is top-notch. To be honest, we went in the dealership just to take a look at the Indian Chieftain Darkhorse as I was pretty sure this was the model I was wanting to purchase. We were just going to take a look to see if it were worth the drive to an out-of-state dealership to actually purchase. We enjoyed the new atmosphere and customer service so much we decided that day to purchase the Darkhorse and my husband (who loves his Harley) will be bringing it here for service and, possibly, purchase a future ride as well. I just can't say enough about this dealership. They treat you like friends and answered all my questions with knowledge and experience. We're doing our best to let all our friends know how Amazing each and every person is at Thunder Alley!!!"

"We originally came in to just browse and get a feel for the different models to see what would fit best. The sales team on the floor was very helpful throughout the day considering we left and came back a handful of times. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured into purchasing, and the sales staff stayed close and available for questions while we browsed. The experience left us leaving with a motorcycle purchase. It was an exciting purchase to make and we look forward to the maintaining the relationship we've build with the team at Thunder Alley."

"Had issues getting my bike to start after winter storage. Was convinced i would need to have them come pick it up and do a service on it. They suggested i try new spark plugs first (6$)- they showed me where/how to put them in also. Saved me a ton of money! The entire crew there are amazingly friendly and helpful- I will use them in the future and recommend this place 100%."

"I brought my wife's xctry over to get it lowered so her feet would touch better. My sister in law bought her xctry from thunder alley and had it lowered by AJ. And loves the work he did. I just rode it home and it is now the perfect height for my wife to ride. AJ also helped trouble shoot a problem I had with the bike. I think it is how I ride it. Some old school bad habits. Thanks AJ &Ben.No extra charge. I have a vision tour. I will have them serviced @ thunder alley when possible."

"Another Victory location in another state could have gotten the 2012 Cross Country Tour to me faster, however, I ordered mine from Thunder Alley Victory because I wanted to support my local dealer. The wait was worth it. They took care of detailing and delivering my bike to my front door. That's what I call customer service! Their staff is amazing. Their customer service is stellar. Their service department is by far top notch. If you want to experience the "family" connection, you must try Thunder Alley."

"I Bought my first Victory from Thunder Alley in 2008 and it was a Vision Premium. Since then I have had my bike and other bikes we own serviced there as well. The Folks there have always treated us very well and at times gone the extra mile to make my wife and I very happy customers. Even though we are customers they have made us feel like were part of there family. So we have made them part of our family as well. We have been so impressed with them that we went back in November of 2011 and bought a brand new 2012 Cross Country Tour. I give the service and sales department and folks at Thunder Alley a 5 star Rating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used bike or good service. Kudo's to Thunder Alley."
